As far as Gaga goes there's nothing that indicates bad blood between them. Her parents supported her from day one

Not to be dramatic but Gaga/her team needs to do something about her father and/or Fox News using "Lady Gaga's Dad" as an attention grabber. Does anyone know if Joe is still in charge of any of Gaga's money? I really hope not, but in 2011 he was in charge of apparently 50% of most of her income

 

Sadly, besides giving him zero money there's nothing else Gaga can do to stop that man from going to places as "Lady Gaga's father". I guess there could maybe be a case for him not to be called Lady Gaga's father as the **** Joe spews could be argued to be potentially tarnishing for her brand

Gaga made a whole album to try to “fix” Joe, and said she failed during the Chromatica promo. I definitely don’t see them as having a healthy relationship. 

I know he's white but to an anglo saxon white american like my previous neighbor who was German and Danish descent, he would be seen as non-white. My previous neighbor had to move out because she kept calling Italians in the building that look like Joe Germanotta "ugly S word" (slur used for Latino people) and they threatened to jump her and her son if she continued to mock them. In her eyes, she hated everyone that wasn't Anglo Saxon or Scandinavian descent. If she knew Joe and he wasn't the father of Lady Gaga, she would call him an immigrant because in her younger days, people like Joe were not seen as white and Italians were considered a nuisance. 

It feels like Miss Bradley Cooper might actually have a chance at finally winning the Oscar after 10 noms. It's giving biopic, it's giving accent, it's giving controversial prosthetics, it's giving art house, it's giving Netflix campaign. 

 

It's true that Oppenheimer might be a juggernaut that ends up winning a bunch of stuff, specially if some of the bait ends up getting delayed. But it looks like Jackson Maine might get his thing.

This would be so iconic We need to manifest this. This sentimental moment would cause so many headlines and the GP would feel nostalgic about Ally and Jackson 

I'm glad Gaga put out the Alejandro and Born This Way videos as they are, even if mainstream pop culture wasn't ready for them. They're excellent pieces of work, and Alejandro ironically ended up being one of her best performing videos.

 

The reason Gaga became a legend was because she took risks and unconventional turns, even at hear peak. I still don't get to this day why certain Monsters clamor for Gaga to do pretty-girl/bubblegum pop-looking/basic ass girl type of musical and visual work. Even her worst videos like Stupid Love and Million Reasons are more interesting than run-of-the-mill girls doing basic choreography in front of a green screen.

Sis, there is nothing she can do. He has a first amendment right to say what he feels, even if we do not agree with it. She could reach out and ask him to stop, but it is on him to stop. Until he starts saying defamatory things, he is allowed to continue.

 

Ideally she would address it with something simple like, "my father and I do not share the same opinions" but I doubt she would do that.

I think he was in charge because she was new and did not know what else to do. She for sure has a dedicated team keeping track of her money now, especially since she has Haus Labs.

For real, and fans who think she's going to serve a bedroom pop song with a sexy video for LG7's lead are setting themselves up for clownery. It's fine to have subjective opinions of her work as a Gaga fan but filtering her work through the lens of conventional pop standards is pointless.
