Joanne is her worst album. But I adore Chromatica so I'll turn a blind eye to what you just said for the sake of the COC.

Do y’all think we can get the new album before joker? Something tells me we won’t and she won’t release it around the same time as Joker as it would be too much conflict of interest which only means we won’t get a new album until probably 2025

It's so shocking to me, Hair Body Face is an amazing song. I remember it was the first one to leak in HQ from the soundtrack and people were living for her angelic vocals! But WDYDT probably does better because it's actually featured in the movie and has a performance while HBF only faintly plays in the background for 10 seconds.

It was a local album but if she'd release an oonts oonts album and not a hetero-pandering album, we would have never gotten Shallow/ASIB and we'd be celebrating LG6 going gold in 2030.

I don’t see Joanne being this local album that liddos keep going on about ARTPOP, Joanne, Chromatica are all similar WW. Joanne was what she needed to do to survive the streaming era and setup ASIB and her reputation

Gaga lost like half of her fanbase thanks to Joanne. It served no purpose. ASIB would’ve happened regardless of it.

Well, this new diverse audience is not streaming her music. She’s currently doing Katy Perry numbers on Spotify. 
 

I like Joanna but i will say, it would’ve been cute if GodGa surprise dropped an EP of pop bawps during Coachella 

 

Joanne setup important moments in her career (ASIB and the Superbowl) and was a necessary shift in image at the time. It's still her least successful and remembered studio album. You could probably say least acclaimed too since Artpop has had a legitimate reappraisal. She was an important flop.

Facts.  She also gave us so much with AP, I think we’re good.  If any album of hers deserves additional content, it’s Chromatica by far.

Artpop is disgusting and all memories of it are depressing as hell. I distinctly remember around November before the album came out and Applause had went and it was clear Katy was about to have another huge era and we were about to bomb into oblivion. And at least at that point we thought we were getting DWUW.
