Exactly. They fumbled the bag so badly with its 10th anniversary. I was praying for a remastered version.

 

I do believe that the loudness of the album was intentional and it's supposed to sound loud/abrasive/in your face. I'm pretty sure she/the producers talked about it back then. But I still think it could use some remastering while keeping that 80s maximalist influence.
