The only way this alleged "tour" makes sense to me is if it's either:

 

A) TCB continuation with a revamped show and new parts/songs/setlist (but IMO it's too late to start a new leg 2 years after the tour already wrapped up (and 4 after it was originally scheduled ))

B) LG7 tour (ideal DREAM scenario but still a reach, we have no clue about when she plans to release the album which makes it difficult to speculate on the tour too )

C) Limited music festivals run ?? 

 

or, and I know this is very unlikely but,

 

D) EP release with 6-7 new songs and a cute 3-4 month tour (could this be the "special project" that she "wrote and produced for" that she was referring to in her insta post?  also tbh works as an interim option while LG7 is still in the works and in case she doesn't want to wait for it to finish to tour)

 

 

But then how does any of this work with her schedule next year with JFAD promo lined up? Why is she so extra silent these days? What is she planning? Why all these rumors now?? Hmmm...

I think this is just a coincidence. Unless she joins a superhero or action movie, $300m is not possible.
