I don't think she is, her face doesn't look tight like when she gets them, she can barely smile when she has fillers and ever since she started filming Joker her face has looked more natural.

I don’t get why they can’t release it this October. It doesn’t take that long to edit/direct a movie..HOG came out like 3 months after filming wrapped

I think that's what they say. For some reason it seems like religious right people hate the Joker and are protesting too among the pro-Joker protestors.  Im curious to see why.

Ridley usually does 1 takes for his films with multiple cameras so editors don’t have much of a choice for takes. Fields does 5+ takes for each scene setup. If I had to guess, I bet there is three or four times the amount of hours of footage for Joker 2 than HoG. 
 

To be ready for festivals, everything for the film would need to be rushed in three months and that’s not practicable for this scale of film.
