That director being involved is the only thing that makes me at peace with Gaga not being involved, the movie is very likely ending up bad, even if HOG was a success overall for Gaga, she can't take another risk at this point, Joker 2 is definitely more promising and with a better potential.

Literally every single dancer calling her the "sweetest and nicest person ever" making it clear she's not (or at least wasn't until this blew up) in the know about all this and that all this has been happening in isolation. She's too nice to the point that some people around her in her creative team take undue advantage of her. Unfortunate. She really should conduct comprehensive evaluations and restaff/reorganize the Haus because at the end of the day, the buck stops with her.
