If a member of your team is mentally and physically abusing other people, that person needs to go immediately. That isn't a healthy working environment and Gaga should know better considering her history with nasty managers/producers. She's an industry veteran and she needs to act like one.

No it won’t. She’s not the one that was berating them it was richy. Gaga has a contract with richy for multiple projects and (unfortunately) she seems close with him. Let’s just hope the chromatica ball is his last one.

I mean she can’t go around invalidating people accusing him of being abusive and bad for people’s mental health. Not when she’s in her #spreadkindness and BTWF mode. I would hope she would see it on her own, but she might need to be dragged there instead. 

I mean hopefully it's gonna happen, but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if he's gonna keep remaining in her team after all, maybe he's gonna reply by giving his version, we'll see, these things are complicated to judge properly since they're behind the scenes and we don't know exactly what happened, she is definitely aware since the beginning so we'll see, it's sad to see her longtime dancers leaving her for these reasons, wondering if it's the same maybe happened with other historic dancers already. Hopefully they found new valid dancers at least.

If you think Gaga allowed that situation you don't praise her after calling out her choreographer. The dancers are not blaming Gaga.
