Gaga needs to pull up her oscar-and-grammy-winning multimillionaire global superstar big girl pants and start running her music career like a legitimate, serious business instead of a hobby for her close friends. Her loyalty and support to her friends is admirable, but lady, your friends and job don't need to mix, especially when these friends of yours aren't looking out for your best interest, aka causing damage to your kindness brand.

 

She is not going to cancel the tour, but I would instantly become an OGH if she pulled an Adele. Her music career would be over then and there. 

Why would she cancel the tour when she has dancers and this situation is not new to her?

i hope after the chormatica ball she makes some decisions for her next era. richie and sarah need to go.

nothing against sarah as a person. shes fine when it comes to natural looks for gaga but isnt very creative or skilled when it comes to creating more extravagant looks. she can continue to run haus labs but i dont think she should be gagas day to day MUA for an album rollout especially.

richie is untalented as a chorographer and we've been saying this for a long time and now we find out he is nasty bts. he creates routines that aren't fluent, hard to replicate, way to complicated, they just overall look really ugly and most of the time dont even suit the song or gagas physique. he can continue working for jojo siwa so again its not like he will be jobless or worst case he could get demoted and go back to being just one of her dancers, that would put him in his place hopefully.

 

i think the only decent ones from her team are bobby and freddie. yes both can be frustrating but they mostly do a good job. bobby and gaga worked miracles after 2013 and freddie albeit sometimes his wigs are a mess but overall he has also created some amazing looks.

You honestly have a valid point, fans have been asking to those dancers since months if not years info about this tour, they had plenty of time to come up with this Tea in advance or they could have waited the tour to be over like you said, coming up with this bomb all together just a few days before the tour starting only means putting Gaga in a difficult position and under further stress.

 

No matter how much they underlined it's not her fault, it's her name on the tour and these situations could possibly trigger her mental health considering she is for sure already stressed up and in axiety ahead of the opening considering what happened with her last tours.

If they were abused by that rat this is the only way they had to make some noise, let's be honest.

Why it always getting nasty and messy when she go back to her music/main job.

If they would have spoke out about this issue after the tour or some months ago it would have made noise either way especially with this fanbase not being happy with him since lot of years, nobody has said that they shouldn't speak, but the timing is bad for my previous explained reasons.

 

Gaga mental health and this tour to happen without issues, I think it's the priority right now, then she can decide what to do, and I'm saying this as somebody who is not even gonna attend, so it wouldn't change much to me, but I care for this tour to be successful and without issues, because another cancellation or something would be an extremely bad look for her.

I think Richie is very likely to go after this mess, but no way she will fired Sarah imo, unless something happen between the two, they seem too close to each other, Sarah is definitely Gaga's best friend, Bobby, Freddie and Sarah will never go imo, unless one of them is dropping her but I don't see it happening.

Yeah I draw the line at sexual abuse. Gaga's team has to do something about this. This is a huge stain.

yes, this might affect Gaga’s mental health but she is first and foremost an EMPLOYER to these people. and if she wants to be a good one at that, it is her responsibility to ensure a safe and non-toxic workplace for everyone. she just happens to be an A-list celebrity, but if she were the manager of some office or whatever it would be the same. 

 

and yes, she also might not have known about this but again, as an employer, it’s her job to know or to have people under her that do and brief her. which begs the question: is her team really so bad that they had no idea, or did have they indeed known about this for years and didn’t do anything?

 

it becomes even messier when you add the #KindnessAmbassador shtick for which she has dedicated an entire foundation  to the mix 

 

sorry for the essay, but I just went through something similar at work and i’m a biT triggered. I reported a colleague to HR for harassment, and him and his buddy got fired as a result. it is the responsibility of your bosses and managers to protect employees and ensure stuff like this does not happen

Yeah, Richie needs to go. Holy lord. I’ve always wondered what happened to Michael as he was easily one of her best backups. Just totally ate Gaga’s ass up whenever he’d dance near her.

Yeah she’s definitely canceling the tour as we speak.

Gaga really should rehire LAG. It’s been long enough and I think the tension that was caused by LAG wanting more credit for her work is probably water under the bridge. She’s insane in the best way possible and her choreos were brilliant.
