Is there any proof she actually landed in Germany? 

At this point Richy needs to go. They need to look over his contract and see if he can be terminated for behavioral reasons towards other members of staff. 

They'll most likely replace the ones that left, finish the tour and let richy go after it. Richy choreographed the entire tour and it would be even messier if Gaga fires him before the show starts.

Everyone in the show knows the choreography. He could easily respectfully leave and another senior dancer take over. It’s not like she’s doing new sets for all her old songs  she’s been doing the same dances for 12 years.

The firing can wait a few months though. Let's just wait for the tour to finish, him leaving now days before the tour is about to start is only going to jeopardize the tour and exacerbate the situation further. The press is going to be terrible.

Gagz doesn't need mentally to deal especially if they say she is not to blame. She needs to focus on the show and to demonstrate she is at her 1000% especially for the fans in Europe who didn't get to enjoy the last tour.

You honestly have a valid point, fans have been asking to those dancers since months if not years info about this tour, they had plenty of time to come up with this Tea in advance or they could have waited the tour to be over like you said, coming up with this bomb all together just a few days before the tour starting only means putting Gaga in a difficult position and under further stress.

 

No matter how much they underlined it's not her fault, it's her name on the tour and these situations could possibly trigger her mental health considering she is for sure already stressed up and in axiety ahead of the opening considering what happened with her last tours.

Not to mention it's not easy fire somebody in his position from day to night based only on what some former dancers have said on Twitter, there are contracts, lawyers and tones of other stuff in the middle, this can possibly end up in court along with tones of bad press sorrounding this tour and I'm pretty sure it's the last thing Gaga needs in this moment.

Kevin said that the people who are responsible know about Richy's behavior. If they wanted to fire him, they would have done so already. Auditions were happening just 2 months ago...

Richy feels like that substitute teacher who thinks they're actually the teacher and starts handing down punishments and trying to teach actual lessons. Like, girl, you're just a ******* sub, sit in your damn chair and read your newspaper.

 

Too bad all the new dancers are passed out dehydrated and/or begging for food and rest to care about this right now.

What I don't understand about this is, why are his rehearsals apparently so incredibly taxing? Like  why is he going out of his way to train like this is something it's not? Because A, his choreos might be awful but they're not physically demanding, and B, this is not a dancing competition, if people are having a bad time during his rehearsals, then it's because he is going out his way to make it harder than it needs to be. Who literally sees Joanne WT or Enigma choreo and thinks that the dancers needed to be exploited in order to get a performance out of them?

Apparently yes, at least some of the folks that were with her during Enigma.

 

Also, Twitter is making this a bigger deal than it really is. It happened months ago, the dancers weren’t asked to do to tour. It happened in April. This is just new to us.

I always hated when Richy did a solo routine during Gaga’s performances. That always gave me an “I need attention” energy and abuse of power like he needed to shine more than the rest of the dancers. 
 

That shitty thing he did at the Super Bowl when Bad Romance starts playing it always annoys me when I watch  He in the front and the rest of the dancers backwards watching him do that awful choreography, tragic.
