Her performing the biggest song in the world right now live at the Grammys with Bruno mars (and likely winning an award for it ) would be such a huge moment for her 15+ year long career and celebration of a huge musical comeback. but with that said, I'm just happy we are getting a performance, I was starting to think we weren't getting one so I'm glad to have her on the stage supporting a good cause that she very much is passionate about. February 2, 20251 yr comment_27108222 To anyone that's gonna meltdown if they don't perform DWAS, just don't. Gaga's eras have always been unfortunate in terms of timing. The fact that the word 'Die' is in one of her songs is just another one of those things. My attitude with these things happening is pretty much 'It is what it is'. DWAS is 6 months old and we already have a live performance. I'm not ruling out a DWAS performance but most of us will be streaming the new song and watching the MV anyway. My only hope is that she goes on some late night show to perform one of her songs with choreo. Gaga on the piano is pretty much overdone in my books so I don't care if it's DWAS or some other cover song. I'm looking forward to her performing dance songs with choreo again. I know the piano is a HUGE part of her artistic identity and we LOVE Gaga on the piano but part of what makes her on the piano so special is that it used to be a little rarer and a proper treat. Now it feels like she almost tries to hide behind it or something. We want u front and center queen! in all your glory! focus on your breath control and belt out your ballads from time to time without being in a seated position which squishes the diaphragm a little. She has the vocal chops to serve diva standing tall when she performs her ballads. She doesnt always have to be behind a piano to do it imo.
