I know most wanted is not really an album 

 

it was an era and was promoted as one

The Jonas Brothers are live streaming their Milwaukee show this weekend on Samsung TV Plus, and I've been informed by a friend that each time this has happened over the course of their tour, it is when they've brought out a well-known special guest. Demi Lovato was a guest at their NJ show on August 10, Fifth Harmony and Kelsea Ballerini were guests at their Dallas show on August 31...could Hilary be the guest they're bringing out this weekend?

Funny to notice What Dreams Are Made Of vanished from Hil's top 10 most played songs on Spotify and is not even on that Best Of Playlist they made recently. 

Oh wow. This definitely makes me think her first release with Atlantic Records will be "What Dreams Are Made Of (Remix 2025)" following her performance on the Jonas Brothers' tour.

 

We probably won't get the real lead until next year and this will be strictly to tide us over til 2026/capitalize on the hype.

When i saw that post i immediately thought that it's for the Jonas Brothers show. I have a really strong feeling it's gonna happen yall

It's definitely gonna be a viral moment for her and kind of similar to what Aly & AJ did with their re-recording of PBUS in 2020. However, they followed up the release two weeks later with the lead single to aTotB, which won't be the case for Hilary…but hopefully she can ride the momentum of the remix until mid to late January.

That's what I'm most afraid of. They tried something similar 11 years ago, when they chose Chasing the Sun focusing on that nostalgia energy, a sound similar to I Can't Wait, a silly cute music video where Hilary herself compared to be very Lizzie's vibes. And two weeks later AAY got released, when the momentum was dead already. 
 

If we are indeed about to get a new version of What Dreams Are Made Of, I hope it will come after a proper first single, maybe as a b-side or a lil Christmas gift for us.

Yeah I agree, like I'm all for a new version of WDAMO but let it be a b-side or a bonus track to the album, not the comeback release because while the hype will be there, it should be used for the lead single. And a real good one.

Cute (albeit mouthful) name for that documentary! And I hope she will be the guest at the JoBros concert soon! I dont live in the US so idk how massive their tour is but go get that exposure gurl!

Yes this was odd, it went completely missing from her Spotify page. It was there last year when it was a part of a Disney compilation though. It's still her top played song on her Apple Music profile, so I wonder what the deal is with Spotify.

Exactly. I even checked if they rebranded the song under Lizzie McGuire's name. But it's not the case.

We need you on her team! Totally agree they should b-side it if anything, so the new single is the main focus

 

Really optimistic about everything building up... I'm still kind of in disbelief since the announcement last month, truly did not expect her to dive headfirst into music again with a major label deal

I'm not holding space for JoBros but happy to be surprised about that. The HQ account seems to be building up to an announcement via the email sign up on her website so that I'm definitely perched for

it won't be released at all and she just needs prerecorded vocals again. Or it's just going to be the backing track she sings over for live performances

 

i'd be fine with that tbh. If it needs to be released, i hope they save it for when the docuseries is out

It's possible and if that's the case, I would guess the others songs will get the same treatment.

This is probably correct, same story for the KISS Concert in 2015. I thought it was kinda funny how they just used the recording of a previous All About You performance for that one

i wonder how's that gonna work! do we know if its a full documentary or docuseries? maybe they'll start with that and the rerecord of wdamo to create even more hype leading up to the lead single announcement/release or album hmm

I think she'll definitely use those vocals as a backing track, but it'd be pretty blatant to allude to lipsynching in that way if they don't release the song at all.
