It's gotta be something, or a lyric. Or just another tease with the font/color aesthetic. Reposted by HQ with the update sign up link too... something feels imminent

I'm probably reading too much into her post, but I think Future Tripping might be another song title?

I bet it's a nod to "You're So Yesterday" but since it's her birthday it's "Mature"

holiday Party :ahh:truly her song.

Madison Love reposted her latest post and tagged Matthew; this confirms that what the cake says is part of some lyrics.

I think so. Writer Madison Love reposted that particular slide and tagged H and Mateo.

I don't feel like this was properly answered and it's a topic I'm very passionate about. The original version of the album can be found on LIVE HD's YouTube channel. Then in 2005 the album was reissued with Rock This World, Jericho, Cry and Haters being slightly remixed, this is the version that is on streaming and was pressed on the vinyl reissue. If anyone knows why they were remixed I've been dying to know for 20 years.

Rock This World: original version had a different intro and overlapping bgvs and adlibs from Hilary in the outro. The 2005 self titled version is similar to the Remix 2005 version from Most Wanted but fades out like the original.

Jericho: Original version has an extra guitar intro before the drum intro and a different outro. It's in clips from Raise Your Voice. It always reminded me of an insurance jingle that was on TV back then which is maybe why it was cut. Remix 2005 from Most Wanted was a completely different dance style remix.

Cry: original version is about 15 seconds shorter than the remix. The remix has a double chorus and slightly different fade out, it's the only remixed version I find superior to the original.

Haters: original has a radio tuning style intro and a different mix. Original mix is more exciting idk how else to explain, it's almost more poppy like Little Voice or Workin It Out.

Don't forget Hide Away, the original version has less emphasis on the production so H's voice stood out more in the chorus. The second version is very production heavy there.

If you noticed in the bridge, Luciana sings "I show my stripes at the weekend, I wear my stripes wicked, wicked at the weekend" which are lyrics Hilary teased on Instagram in November of 2013. Luciana is responsible for Where the Gods Play as well but has not released it.

Yeah I've tried looking for the writing credits on that before and never could find them. Super strange. But Billy Mann was definitely involved as that was his studio/home she was seen leaving in those candids. And it was well before she signed to RCA.

Thank goodness she didn't invoke Andre again for this comeback. Remember when he booked her for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade? Gurl... glad she moved on.

Am I remembering her describe Where the Gods Play as some sort of dark EDM? Or did I totally make that up. I need to hear that song as well as the one we got a snippet of shortly after the BIBO era ended. Went something like

"all the precious memories// they haunt me // haunt me"

That appearance was totally on brand with the image she wanted This Heart to be. It being canceled definitely was the final stab to the era before it became BIBO.

The title is kind of a hot mess but I see it working because of the top three names involved. Maya had a hand in Coffee by Chappell.

Wow! How did I never notice that one?! I definitely prefer the heavier remix version to the original, almost acoustic version. Thanks for pointing that out to me!

I'm hoping this is just a fun little Christmas single she's gonna give us as a teaser for the real album and single next year.

I feel like Billy spearheaded the indie album because majority of her studio sessions were conducted at his home. Perhaps he was representing the writers/producers she was working with at the time? I only know of his involvement as a producer on Better Days and Snowglobe.

No 👏 Christmas 👏 music👏 please 😭

Although this reminds me of something she said in an interview years ago where she randomly dreamed she had a new Christmas album out ...

Holiday Party is such a perplexing title. Like maybe it's a metaphor "every day is a holiday party with you, boo" Lmao

How many tracks is everyone hoping will be on the album? I'll be very happy with 10-12.

OMG I can't believe Hilary Duff is back after so long

She's not releasing a xmas song.
they are not going to waste all the hype on a xmas song.

If "You're so mature" is a hint for a first single and Madison Love is involved in it… so Holiday Party is just a regular track, since Madison didn't write that one.

Between 12-14 please! Something like Dignity and BI.BO.

Speaking of Dignity, do we all agree that it's still Hilary's most honest/personal album to date? I wanna see her bring her pen game on the new music so the next time somebody refers to her as a singer-songwriter, she doesn't cringe.

I'm hoping a solid 12, and at least a couple bonus tracks for a deluxe. Honestly I'd be happy with a lean 10 track standard edition as long as they're all bangers and/or cohesive

If a deluxe edition isn't announced with the standard album, I hope there will be one later down the line. Maybe they could push a deluxe release once she starts touring?

Oh without a doubt, Dignity felt so autobiographical and definitely captured the widest range of feelings she's ever put to music. Really excited to hear what she has to say.

Last comeback she felt like she needed to have something significant to say before jumping back in to music. But something tells me she's more "free" this time around which is exciting

100%. And that's is the only thing I missed on BI.BO. the lack of her participation in the writing process.

Dignity covers so many topics: love, family crisis, divorce, fame, stalker, ex, crush on a older guy, etc etc.

And I feel like she did all that by not being cheesy or ordinary.
