Royal Albert Hall album confirmed my belief that RO > FN overall 

 

The RO songs just hit so much harder bar LA, DSN and Levitating

This run is INSANE DUAAAAAAA

 

Honestly These Walls was so elevated with this more present orchestral vibe

I am so glad Dua released this as an album and I cannot wait to see the full special! I know I'm about to lose it when I see the Love Again being performed. 
 

Too bad that this is literally the only exciting thing about this era. I still don't understand why her management completely dropped the ball this entire year. 

The way Royal Albert Hall completely washed Glastonbury (which literally made zero noise) 

She's on various CBS morning shows today following on from Colbert last night, promoting the Albert Hall special being shown (on CBS of course) on Sunday in the US.

 

All good stuff, and I note she really seems pleased with how this concert turned out (rightly so, it's great), and mentioned it might point her in her next direction.

I think her next album might take a more soulful approach. More live instrumentation, more vocals on the forefront. She might take inspiration from Back to Black, Joss Stone, etc. It seems like a natural evolution for her.

2025 better not be an empty year music wise. It's so easy to push a new song alongside the tour… I'm holding out hope that some version of a deluxe is actually in the works 

The ratings for the special in America were terribly awful. Her dad has royally screwed up her star power here. How can she not see that.

cute* in comparison, Sabrina's Netflix special did 2.6M (in the whole world)

I can low-key just see them recognizing RO was an underperformance and not trying to "save it" - like riding out the tour then getting to work on the next album (or worse - taking a break xjejxencj)

 

That said, deluxe or not, there's no way she doesn't do some collab and/or soundtrack song somewhere for all of 2025. But DL4 100% isn't coming til second half 2026 at the earliest lmao

Dua's was a prime time TV special + streaming. Prime time TV still pulls in millions and millions of viewers here.

Either a Deluxe, droplets or some collabs need to happen.  I wouldn't mind a new 'One Kiss' atleast in Europe to 'explode' alongside the tour  and go OFF during those Wembley dates

Went to the Victoria and Albert museum in London. Some friends led us to the theatrical section of the museum, just randomly, as the other exhibits were pretty full.  
 

Within that there's a costume section with all kinds of stuff going back to the 19th Century. Went into the last room of that bit and ……… there's Dua's black FN tour crystal encrusted catsuit.

 

Quite a sight up close, (like you can get within two feet). I know it's got 4 inch heels on the shoes but, wow, she's tall. It looks overall like some kind of space suit for a Olympian Goddess, beamed down to West London. 
 

Totally breathtaking.

Just got around to watching the Royal Albert Hall special and I love it  It's absolutely magnificent.

We need new, not RO related music in 2025. It's pivotal for her career to release a new smash
