The live album is the best thing about this cursed era. It's crazy how some live arrangements birthed life into so many tracks. But the audience is still waiting for the deluxe so we can move on to DL4.

Wow the Grammys this year really made it clear how much she declined. She went from being important enough to open the Grammys to not even being an afterthought the year after.

 

The people saying she might actually be done for in the US if she doesn't get some hits soon might actually be correct.

If she even releases one - not a guarantee imo? - it's not necessarily coming before tour in March. 

 

She has a large gap in April, then Jul-Aug ... So those are other options to release before tour kicks off again

she performed the two main singles last year already, there was lowkey no room for her as a performer (she would have had to perform like.. illusion??) and they submitted her material to the wrong categories for her to be a serious contender in them.

 

she was done in the us according to some people while levitating was smashing because she didn't get the #1 so yeah..

i kind of really don't care for a deluxe? like sure i would stream it if the songs are good but after hearing and seeing everyone trash this album and era for  like a year now i think it would be best if we all just moved on so i don't have to see the same doomsday narrative every time i log into my account. 

 

i really don't know if theres any strategy on her side/her teams side in this though, are they aiming for a new album? do they want to revive this era with a rerelease? what's the strategy for a rerelease? if they're going to do this the same way they did for FN this rerelease or 'deluxe' is going to make no noise whatsoever because FN:TME was carried by everything that happened for the FN standard album and all the success, acclaim and buzz that came along with that.

ofc she has songs to perform but i mean does she have a reason to perform? they ****** up her noms by making her a no-contender so making her perform would be more on the basis of her having a smash hit on her hand that she hasn't performed yet but since she's already done Houdini and Training Season she doesn't have another hit on her hand that would suit the show.

I'm usually Dua's biggest bootlicker and I rarely wanna fall into the hater rabbithole but I'm really convinced her heart is just not in it anymore with this album. She looks miserable and tired asf on tour, the stage is terrible, there is just no vision or concept. Everything feels so thrown together. And I'm tired of her not even hiding the fact that she enjoys being an influencer more than being a musician. These brand deals are getting tiring.

Blame her rat father again for that. He seems to fuel her greedy capitalist side.

 

I hope when she marries Callum she becomes more independent, because as of now she seems to be glued to her father/family to an unhealthy level.

She hasn't done a gig since the start of December (and that was in the midst of huge political turmoil and worry in S Korea, where to be fair she tried to get the audience to forget their worries outside for a couple of hours), so what evidence is there for "looking miserable"?

 

Again what evidence is there she enjoys the modelling/podcasts/book club more than music? And if she does so what? It's her life.  She's also earning serious money from the brand deals and you can see there's thought going on as to which brands ie it's high end glossy lifestyle stuff, it's not just any old high st stuff being grabbed as it goes by.

 

Shes almost certainly planning a wedding too, so to be fair she's got a lot going on in her life right now.

The mayor of Tirana has just been arrested for corruption and her dad and her were really close to the mayor and had dozens of projects together with him. There was also a scandal when her rat father basically forced the government of Kosovo to give him some land in Prishtina so he could use it for the Sunny Hill Festival. That Festival seems to be pure money laudering anyway just like a lot of people speculated.

 

Dukagjin's head will roll sooner or later due to his greed and uncontrolled corruption.

 

So not only is he gonna destroy her career but he will also put her behind bars. Maybe in the future scenes like this will not only be fiction:
