People seem to still be debating the local release vs USA midnight release. Does anyone have any insight into what is actually happening?
Living in Australia is so boring as far as ATRL goes because no one is active when I have the time free to post. So I just end up catching up on pages of posts each morning. If it is a local release though this will be a win for me 

The fact that we survived those 6 weeks with barely anything. Wow what a ride. 

I remember even the very optimistic in the base expected a full onslaught to start 22nd.

Anyway I wonder what they have planned. Only 3 days to go.

I think there is nothing planned for the release day except for the actual release of the album and the visual if it comes together with the album. And it's better not to anticipate more cause it might only lead to disappointment.

This rollout is really giving Chromatica but at least Gaga had the excuse of the worst pandemic in 100 years breaking out right at the start of her promo cycle.

I am so tired of the Chromatica comparisons.

Playing devil's advocate, I think the remark about Chromatica in terms of the roll-out is more about the frustration similarities with Bey that the Monsters had about how radio silent Gaga was before, during (to a degree), and for sure after Chromatica's release. 

 

A lot of Monsters have been trolling, but I think in this instance it was drawing on a somewhat fair / applicable comparison.

To be fair this has been how Bey has operated for the most part since Self titled, so the comparisons have always been unnecessary. If anything it was the reverse for the monsters.
