It's about our personal feelings because we are her fans and spend our money on her lifestyle that places her in those spaces. We do NOT want to be associated with Jared Kusher, a literal nazi, and we don't want her associated with him either. Ivanka is one thing, her nazi husband is another and that's why we're pissed Jay put her in the situation. This is the same Beyonce that has made it her mission the carefully critique her media image to not be associated with hurtful rhetoric in the past and her whole career. It's always Jay Z. He literally made her release a single with a line dissing her ******* hero and performed it live at the Grammys. That's why that performance was so cursed, the spirit around it was nasty.

Just b/c you buy product from her doesn't mean yall get to run her life like she's a puppet and yall are holding the strings on what she gets to do every day. She's not associated with them. This was a charity event and people with money from all walks of life came to donate & participate. It's not like this was a personal dinner between the 2 couples.

It's a disappointing move from Beyoncé, but it's not the end of the world. Social media cannot accept that things can be more complex than the shallow perspective of good and evil; it's all about extremes. One misstep, and you became the worst person alive.

It is exhausting, however, how Beyoncé is always judged 10x harder than anybody else. After all, a lot of people long to see her fall.

Although I don't see what's the big deal because I know that Beyoncé doesn't share the same values as them, I can somehow hear some of the concerns being raised here. I do agree that maybe this is a time to show stronger resolve against such people and they should do better. 

 

I also feel sorry for fans being disappointed and some here have legitimate concerns, the optics are not good etc. But I do admit that I am also a bit disappointed at how the moment some fans think she does something reprehensible she becomes a puppet of her husband, "she's dumb" or "not independent" "Jay's side piece"( this is just despicable) . There were 4 pages of those type of comments when that lawsuit came too. That imo is just awful and that's no way stans should behave. 

It's so weird. Or I have just outgrown this stanning thing.

You guys are looking way too deep into this Ivanka situation and not seeing the big picture: Tate Mcrae tanked

Removing Bey from this situation, any celeb that has the potential of being seen or photographed near the vicinity of a family or person affiliated with Trump is not a good look it doesn't matter the context of the situation. Regardless of it being an assigned seat if I was a huge celeb I'm scooting my butt to another table.

 

Anyone with a brain bigger than a pistachio knows Bey is not a Trumpie but this is a case of blissful rich ppl ignorance, which could be critiqued but that applies to quite literally every figure in pop culture and we can't really critique it due to our inherent bias towards our faves. 
 

It's really nothing to worry too much about, add this to list of "controversies" piled on from this era it's gonna quiet down like everything always does associated with Bey, and then we're back to square one of nothingness until whenever she decides to launch act 3

I mean I get it, but I highly doubt she chose to sit there, it was probably based on security, or safety for both of them by whoever made the seating chart as their both incredibly vulnerable to different circumstances. 
 

They didn't sit at the same large table because they're friends, and I could only imagine they both felt awkward as **** based on other interactions. 
 

They were both there to support a cause at the end of the day. 

 

We don't know the full story. There are a number of reasons why she may have been sat at that table. But it's silly to think Beyoncé is going to issue a press release to explain herself about this. 

Don't get me wrong - I am not impressed she sat at that table and this doesn't look good for her and her brand (considering how political her art is). But we must appreciate that we can't just surround ourselves with people we like or people that share the same views as us. This is life.

Not suggesting this is the motive for Beyonce by any means, but we should expect great leaders, and those that strongly sway the societal norms to find space with people like Ivanka, to figure out what tf is wrong with them, to try and educate them and figure out the disconnect.
