Listened to 4 yesterday and what can I say - it's the perfect summer album. She really released the most melodious album of her career during the EDM craze. She said NO to simple melodies and hard beats and said "I wanna have key changes, I wanna have middle 8s, I want live Instruments, i want harmonies, I want VOCALS!".

 

Also I honestly love getting older since I somehow relate and hear songs differently now than before. For instance Countdown was such a standout yesterday for me. My God, so underrated. Countdown is the song they should feature in a lipsync for Ru Paul. I think it would be great because it gives the Queens a lot to play off and be animated.

Then I surprisingly enjoyed Best Thing I Never Had lol. Yes, its corny, yes its Irreplaceable pt2, but whatever. Its catchy and a great sing a long. She should honestly mash it up with IIWAB next tour. Im sure people would enjoy singing along.

Then I wanna shoutout I Care's excellence, I Miss Yous beauty (it encapsulated this "void"-feeling one has because of missing their partner perfectly) and the best bridge on 4 and arguably one of her very best of her career - Rather Die Young.

Oh and DFY will forever be that GIRL! 

Lastly, 4 is a better album overall than ST. ST is great and was necessary for Bey to step away from whats expected of her and truly start experimenting in her sound. I will never not love it. But overall, the flow, the concept, the melodies and the sheer quality of the songs are better on 4. Thats all.

 

Some users looked at me crazy when I said ACT III was probably gonna debut with 500k-700k. And looking at how many records she's breaking with this tour, the Spotify Resurgences, her consistently going viral on TikTok and the constant controversy she's been facing for nearly TWO YEARS! And this being her most anticipated ACT.

 

Y'all ACT III is gonna be something ELSE OMFGGGG!!! Like we are not readdyyy!!!

THISSSS THOUGH! Even when Beyoncé purposely botches her releases she still does INSANE, so I feel if she just plays her cards right and maybe even comes out with a visual (God-willing) I think 400k is easilyyyy clearable. She rarely has to do much to make that number happen. Just has to be on top of everything tbh.

She's done fantastic choosing first singles with THE and BMS for these acts, they represent the albums and surprisingly work well on radio/streaming. I'm so curious with what she's got planned for ACT 3. The song has probably been in her back pocket for years just waiting because she knew.

Yeah I honestly don't care about numbers at all, leave that to fans of chronically mid artists. I need this last album to be the icing on the cake of this three act project, to end things with a true bang. Another 90+ score, culture redefining, conversation starting masterpiece that cements her legacy.

ACT III will only push her even further on streaming - especially with her entire discography.  IDK that it will outdebut CC, because CC had a huge debut, but it'll do well in its own right

Let me also just say in my defense, THE was on track to be 1 billion streaming song, and could've easily had the staying power other tracks from the same period had if she pushed it more, for example, Beautiful Things is 2.2 billion, Lose Control is 1.8-1.9 billion, Espresso 2.3 billion streams, but, what can we expect with the queen of sabotage.

Also, never forget that Bey does NOT want that type of longevity because of the tight scheduling of the album releases + her wanting to be missed before the new era starts. Its an odd balance act, but so far shes managing it quite well tbh

I feel like GP doesn't even know about the 3-acts thing, so it's wild to me that this next album is "highly anticipated". 

To me, you're either a beyhive member that's hyped by any album release from Beyoncé, or just part of the GP and that's just another album from the queen who breaks a lot of records.

Meh, I wouldn't want her to show up at the opening of an envelope like others. Part of the value of the Beyoncé brand is scarcity and that's what makes her such a successful touring act. Can you imagine her doing some Halloween show at a corporate dinner, how embarrassing. 

I'm sure that she will go all the way with act iii and the GP won't be able to miss it...I mean B singing on Rock tracks can only be spectacular

Beyoncé is not debuting with 700k in 2026 unless she uses Taylor or nicki minaj's cheap tactics. Realistically, it's between 300-450k.

Dont expect sth crazy, she didn't move at all on the artist page (actually decreased by one, which is probably due to the fact that songs like Naughty Girl got this weird boost yesterday)
