I don't know what's happening on the 14th but I do thinks it's possible to announce a tour and drop ACT III before the tour starts. A big clue will be the name of the tour. If the name of the tour is Cowboy Carter World tour, I'm less convinced ACT III is upon us. But if it's the Betty Black Tour, for instance, I think new music is not far away.

 

I do wonder if we are getting a behind the scenes Netflix special on the 14th. I'd love that!

There was some code on her site or something, and some random twitter account tweeted it. Someone else will explain it to you better, since I haven't been following that. However, I kinda believe that the album has something to do with the space and stars aesthetics. She also used space cowboys for RENAISSANCE and has a photo of her riding a horse on the Moon for COWBOY CARTER. She's also been teasing the eclipse for years. But I also think that stars are intentional since I believe that act iii is dedicated to her idols (MJ, Tina, Prince) and they could represent the stars that look after her (just like the ancestors in FIND YOUR WAY BACK). Also, she had registered a song called MOON WALKING before RENNAISANCE was out. So, whatever it is, I think that STARGIRL fits that theory. It may also be THE STARGIRL WORLD TOUR. But who knows

If I'm right about act iii being about her idols (her predecessors), then I could see her including River Deep, Mountain High cover on it. It would fit the genre and the theme, just like BLACKBIIRD

yea im convinced January 14 will be some special regarding cowboy carter (prob for grammy nods) then move right into touring promo.

Netflix already removed the live special. Mike Tyson fight lasted longer on the platform so something from her is coming on Netflix for sure.

Hopefully it's out soon. They probably kept it off streaming to correct the synching and whatever else. I just hope she doesn't keep it away for too long
