there was a level of "tackiness" with her outfit, after seeing her in couture designer fits for a long time. this might explain that:

 

her outfit was made by a designer who exclusively designs custom equestrian costumes. it's not a design house she's just one singular lady that makes them. she has 14k followers and gets like 40 likes per post on Instagram. that's sort of random and cool I guess?

 

but yeah no wonder it looked duller than her usual outfits.
