She posted three times on Twitter before the performance. That could be another clue to act iii just saying

I am pretty sure beybowl was her giving Cowboycater her flowers and end of the era.  Not releasing something doing black history months under a fascist regime would be a lost opportunity. I am right here with you sis we definitely getting more than just a tour. Beyoncé is at a point career she doesn't need nfl to promote a tour. She has been teasing act lll too much not release anything until after the tour. 

What if the reason why we haven't got the tour announcement yet is because it's The Trilogy Tour and we're getting a lead single for act iii before the 14th?

Voting already started and haters will still hate. But I guess this is the best promo for the album go wake voters up. Sure she promoted Lemonade all over tv but the voting demographic doesn't watch BET, VMAs, or CMAs. They definitely saw this.

I think Betty black will be the tour and encompass CC and Act iii. Either way I think the 14th will be tour announcement or new album.
