I love that she turned the mirror/sequin encrusted horse into the main motif for this era. I'm excited to see how it'll play into the soundscape of the album. The obvious Lady Godiva allusion in the cover also makes me think she'll readapt iconic renaissance art into contemporary renderings; perhaps we'll be seeing some of that in the MV as well.

i checked the photographer but he doesn’t seem very famous (that’s about to change) My mutuals that follow him are all drag queens adjacent or Parkwood employees 

Kelly Shami is a painter and the work she has on Instagram doesn’t look anything like this cover. She’s Lebanese so I think that’s where the connection with Andrew comes from. Love that!

Also some creatives that worked on her Vogue spread were involved with the cover. Safe to assume, they’ll be involved with the booklet too.
