Love the album cover

When we first got the tea about "renaissance" I was worried because I thought she'd be recreating paintings and **** because you know she loves a three quarter profile with a still, silent stare into the camera At least we're getting full face AND full body on a cover for the first time 

Getting the album cover has been nice and it is truly a serve, but now where’s the video? 

 

Lemonade remains my favourite album cover. People let the fact that it's a still get in the way of its beautiful composition/lighting/angst.

This album cover is attention grabbing, but the lighting on her isn't interesting, nor is posture or expression. That latter 2 is kind of dissapointing considering she's talking about escapism in the caption. None the less the album cover is going to do it's thing and go viral. As a small thumbnail it's actually kind of "icon"ic

DId u read about her reference (Lady Godiva)? That alone and the message of that already elevates the album cover so so much  

The way the music page is set up to display future singles, we're definitely getting multiple tracks released before the album. If there's no MV tomorrow I'm going to assume it's being saved for the album release or its going through changes etc.

Any time she gives us something, I can't help but to want moreeeeeeee. I'm gonna calm down though and work on patience. But I desperately need a visual to this song. I feel like once we see what she's giving in motion, everything will align.

She’s not releasing a music video on Thursday. 

Homegirl needs to try different things with her facial expressions cause boy am I tired of her staring into the camera with no emotions showing. 

Still, the cover as a whole looks very iconic and it's definitely going to do its thing and be remembered and referenced for years so I'm good

Yeah i don't see her releasing the video today or tomorrow for that matter. Everyone is going to report on the album cover and that's enough to remind the GP about the album for now. Why waste two huge assets (album cover and video) in one day?
