I loved reading that elements of CC was inspired by the "O Brother Where Art Thou?" soundtrack (amongst others). That soundtrack brings back many memories for me, as my parents were obsessed with it, and we would always listen on long car drives. I can definitely hear the inspiration coming through in CC, especially the bluegrass/gospel themes throughout.

I can't rank those albums tbh, they're all incredible bodies of work that have had a long-lasting impact on me and are best played from start to finish.
