That’s a shock. I have squinted at her ever since Bey performed Daddy Lessons and Miranda looked drunk and a bit performative in the audience when the camera went to her.

if we are choosing between SNL and NPR Tiny Desk, I would go with Tiny Desk.

 

SNL performances lately sound... like they are using a potato to mix. Bey and her perfectionism would not be down for that.

 

Tiny Desk would be perfect... she could do Plastic Off the Sofa, Texas Hold Em, 16 Carriages and either a new song or a classique.

So since we have some of the GP combing through some of the queens discography can we give jealous the shine it deserves.

and before anyone says she’s too big for it, Blondie and Mr Styleless (and Coldplay) have all done it within the last few years

 

imo it would be a great way to take down her usual walls and be a bit more down to earth (which is a very country thing to do btw)

TXHM smashing would be really good for first week sales. It’s already on a better track than BMS was and could contribute significantly more to act ii. I hope 16C catches on somehow to boost even more.

I like THE but I’m truly living for 16c and such an intimate song deserves its shine. 

I don’t listen to country but clearly Beyonce is changing that - I am loving both songs. Although it’s not really my thing, they are both very catchy and have been in my head all day since they came out!

Can’t wait to see what the rest of act ii is going to sounds like!
