Why are we still surprised about the new song? For Homecoming she released Before i let go as a closing song and i feel like this movie is the sister to Homecoming on a larger scale so the formula is the same. The new song has nothing to do with the new era, it's a closing song and she will put it on the live album as well. Hopefully it becomes a hit to piss off the haters some more.

She'll either release Act II in 1-2 years, or, like most artist that speak of a double or trilogy album before releasing the first album, and abandon the entirety of said 'three act project'. We see how it went from visuals being teased, incorporated into the backing tour visuals and a single release from someone else's album to a concert/docu style film out of no where. She literally just now started incorporated 'Act I' into the branding again.

It actually sounds like two songs but it may be like Yonce/Partition. The second song or second half of the one song is like full out house 

One of the bigger takeaways for me is how she’s gotten so much better as a filmmaker/director. This was so much more seamless and conveyed her message clearer than HOMECOMING or even Life Is But A Dream. I didn’t even mind the bits of the concert that were used out of sequence. It helped to move the story along and provided a nice set up for the Heated moment….and Heated is a MOMENT in the film. 

My house sounds like a hit for sure. OMG!  She raps a bit on a house beat. She sounds angry on it. I think Tik tok will love this one.
