I know she's not been the best at promoting her music, but her Spotify numbers have always puzzled me. Considering how great they were before 2019, and the fact she very publicly took a shot at Spotify in 2018, I've always suspected something was amiss.

 

Her monthly listeners, her catalogue streams. The whole thing is weird to me.

For years I was a B’Day hater and a Dangerously In Love supporter. As of today I think I prefer the standard edition of B’Day over Dangerously In Love.

We known time to time that Spotify benefits those who constantly support the platform (examples like release constantly, give them content, etc). Renny doesn't even have an actual spotify canva and Beyonce has actually denied her content from the platform. You only need to put 2+2 lol they're not interested in promoting her as much
