maybe bc most collabs (which I love) to make her albums acknowledges Black talent or underrated/up-and-coming artists who standout.

tbh I think both in terms of style and vocals, a country/rock/americana-inspired album would be perfect for a Yola collab

Bey's Collab mantra is a bit more organic then this. It's why Diplo, James Blake and Jack White are all vocal features on Lemonade

I've seen a few people float the idea of Chloe being an opening act for the tour and for me it's a big no. 

 

You can't just keep shoving her in massive promo spots with no material to back it up, Chloe needs to grind and find her niche, and grow her audience organically from there. Whenever someone is set up as the next big thing without establishing their base audience it tends to backfire.

 

Happy for Bey to just have a DJ tbh

My expectations are too high though, I’m praying that Blue is taking notes from her mother, I refuse to accept that Beyonce is a once in a lifetime phenomenon, I need to see more artists deliver that level of quality!

All I will say is that being at a festival is not the same as watching it on TV or via a live stream. Some of the most amazing festival experiences may not translate well for detached viewing

It's kind of tricky with Chloe.

 

I also think it may be too on the nose, slightly leans into nepotism territory (which is a whole other convo about Chloe x Halle in general), and is unlikely to help the Bey/Chloe comparisons and general discourse much. It's most beneficial for there to be an air of "affiliated but separate".

 

HOWEVER...

 

That lil blowback Bey got about Chloe last week isn't ideal. Especially coming off Ivy Park folding (which they only partially were able to spin with the Balmain thing). 

Put simply, Bey's extracurricular activities are giving questionable returns (even though I largely do think that Chloe and Halle being cemented in Pop culture in general is a win for Bey/Parkwood). 

 

With that, there is valid argument to have Chloe open. The RWT will be a huge promotional vehicle for anyone attached and for Bey/Parkwood the benefit would be circular. For all the hate Chloe gets, there is a large section of Bey's audience that actually hasn't been exposed to her yet (e.g. more casual fans). I get the sense that Columbia don't really give a damn about Chloe (see: the fact NONE of her recent singles have been pushed on streaming or radio). So, Parkwood as management and part of her label equation ought to use what they have (aka RWT) and leverage it towards salvaging "something" with Chloe. Even if only in the name of visibility.
