The cuff It remix might be her best song ever in term of production. I personally think her artistry and authenticity are in full display, and at their peak, on the song; everything is just soooo sonically delicious

Why should anyone "leave her alone" when it's them who are easily threatened by any female artist with a modicum of success? 

 

We know Taylor has the bigger audience. And that still doesn't stop them from doing what they do. They treated SZA awful and literally tried to make their knack for "competition" normal. Now that it's evident she can't compete in the streaming department, they stopped embarassing themselves.

Lemonade could had been elevated to the high heaven had the vocal productions being better, but I understand why she chose the minimal approach due to the story telling aspect of the album. I love the album but it has so little replay value compared to 4, Self Titled and Renaissance all which were all more prominent sonic experiences for me.

I feel some do too much on Lemonade. Yeah, it has duds like Sorry on it, but then you have masterpieces such as PYCM, Love Drought, DHY, Formation, Freedom.. Then you have cute tracks such as Hold Up, 6Inch, Daddy Lessons, All Night… I mean, it’s still a wonderful album all things considered.

freedom in masterpiece but 6 Inch in cute ? is this who we are ? 

 

bur you’re fully right, you’d think some of the girls on here talk about I Am when talking about Lemonade, it’s her most acclaimed album for a reason…

Lemonade is her best album, it’s flawless (even with Sorry in it) and some of you will sing a different tune when it starts pulling 2M daily. I really hate what Bey did with that era. Hold Up, DL, 6Inch and Freedom could all be close to 1B now but Lem will have its revenge.

I can’t even tell you the last time I listened to LEMONADE. And when I used to listen to LEMONADE, I definitely didn’t listen to the album from beginning to end, only a couple songs were on repeat. Its replay value is indeed low. Conceptually, it is her best album; Musically, it is not.
