Idk if this was a dream or not but I read @Lose My Breath talk about Beyoncé’s decision to perform 1+1 on American Idol because she needed something relatable to perform off the album and that was her best choice

Can anyone name a mainstream popstar who has done anything like the level of non-promo Beyoncé has for this era?

I can only think of Prince whose self-sabotages are notable, but then I don't think he ever had such a currently popular/relevant album during his "artist formerly known as..." private era, though I was not really paying much attention at the time to that.

 

Any other example I can think of are like, legends who release a late-in-career albums but even then most I can think of do the bare minimum talk show appearance, many perform, or at least like 1 interview or something. I guess Beyoncé had British Vogue but that was a teaser if anything.

they just opened the entire stadium for sale in New Orleans! the attendance is going to be insane for this tour

 

And Miami too and is selling so good 

 

the 3 Canadian dates have sold a lot... and the seating is basically extended to the most! great numbers from them too 

 

Charlotte  is basically SOLD OUT amazing, the fact that she is the first woman to play a concert there and is going to be the biggest concert ever too there
