IASF is her only album that feels like a singles collection when you really listen to the songs. Especially the sasha side lol there’s no consistent theme in the lyrics or the sounds, just more uptempo. The rest have cohesion through and through and I think that’s why it gets flack. The songs themselves sound good though :loud:

also sweet dreams and video phone with no gaga is in her top ten best songs ever :jonny4:

IASF is her weakest album production-wise. I love the era because it established her as one of the most beloved popstars around the world (specially here in brazil), but there's no depth to the instrumentals (aside from a few tracks). even b'day is far from a utter polished album, but the untamed bravery of her attitude, vocals and the catchiness of every single chorus is undeniable.

RENAISSANCE

Dangerously in Love

B’Day

IASF

Agreed. Songs like Ave Maria for example could have been bigger and more powerful staple for her, but she held back. The final product is a cute, forgettable lullaby that gets a little bump around Christmas time. It makes an otherwise holy song, corny. Scared Of Lonely has a similar type of production that feels cheap too (great song tho). I just feel there was potential on the soft and vulnerable “I Am” side that could have supplied more memorable classics. It did what it had to do (commercially) in the end tho, so whatever.

You're not a real Beyoncé stan if you don't love 4 madly and fail to get how great it is.

I said I what I said. Argue with the wall if you disagree.

We will continue as long as that base does. They really thought she was over. It must be hard for them.

Why Don’t You Love Me, Sweet Dreams and Single Ladies >>>

The rest of the album means nothing to me.

I don’t dislike songs like Smash Into You, Satellites or Disappear, but I also never use them. They are garbage when you compare them to Be With You, Dangerously In Love or Speechless from DIL.

If I Were a Boy - ended gender roles

Halo - nice song for YT ppl

Single Ladies - underrated because it became a GP staple

Diva - gave us her best moment at Beychella

Ego - classic iconic timeless

Video Phone - the grandmother of Partition
Sweet Dreams - created pop music

Why Don’t You Love Me - gave us her best looks

Smash Into You - inspired DUIs everywhere

Disappear - invented lullabies

That album is definition of came and went. Renaissance has LEGS, they shouldn’t be compared

She had to do what she had to do for the casual fans who pronounce Queen Bey as Queen Bae.

Was Lemonade ever released on blu ray? What's the highest quality we have it in?

iTunes was 720p, the physical came with DVD quality (which I think is lower than 720p? Not sure.) Tidal still has it in the highest quality (1080p IIRC) but they recently disabled the resolution button and the videos play according to what best suits your connection.

so what you're saying is her visual masterpiece and magnum opus is only available in iPhone 4 camera quality

they need to remaster and upload it to a streaming service people use (like HBO max, if HBO still has the rights).

Hello Live At Wynn Las Vegas is so amazing, like she REALLY knows how to handle her songs live.

The bridge she does is so insanely good.

I wish the "I Am" side was literally arranged like Wynn Las Vegas! Would have been a CLASSIC!!!!!

I feel like the 2000s was a weird time in music - because that when music became so "manufactured" and you can tell in the mixing and mastering.

1080p HBO HDTV rip.

It still bothers me that we don't have any high-res videos of Green Light. The video on her official channel is like, so pixelated.
