Bey is the ultimate example of work done well. She doesn't go crazy and has always looked like herself, especially when compared to other celebs that go overboard.  I was honestly worried she could fall into the overdone trend in Hollywood (because everyone around you gets the same work and you never see normal people) but she has really been judicious with what she does. 

 

Like, if you didn't know her and someone pointed her out, she'd look 30-35. She looks even better now than she did during OTRII
