You forgot Soundcloud releases, no visuals, no FWT visual, no promo, not adhering to the release schedule she helped pioneer and so on.

Tbf I doubt she is sending out codes via text if this verified fan thing is true. At best she will just announce the tour, which we already know about. At least this is what I am telling myself.

The only thing worrying me is the idea of being ready-set to get tickets but being subject to this Ticketmaster Verified Fan BS, that - as I understand it - actually randomises whether you even get the OPPORTUNITY to buy tickets. Meaning, even being ready and able, you're still subject to either missing out or having to go the resale route.

 

I know bots have been a thing, but I personally have never had too much of an issue getting the tickets I want (which have varied from GA standing to pricier) over the years the normal way. 

 

It's giving fixing something that wasn't all the way broken.

Yep, based on previous touring announcements from a whole host of artists, that time or similar catches Europe in the peak of its day and the US as its waking up. It's perfect from a newsfeed standpoint.

 

I knew it wouldn't be overnight as that misses catching the attention of too many key markets. 

It just has to happen within 5 hours

There are two possibilities that will piss me off: 1) it’s either postponed or wasn’t scheduled for today; 2) there’s no official poster or ad/video and she just posts through her bio.

I really hope she doesn’t decide to be petty and delay the announcement again since info leaked.
