You’re missing the context of our whole conversation. They’re saying the people saying that the people saying that about celine are wrong and that she isn’t just looking for sympathy and that these celebrities don’t need to tell us every time something happens to them

I mean you can say "it doesn't look that bad", but in that one video it's pretty damn obvious she's in pain and struggling to put weight on her foot. IMO the fact she's even displaying sign of an injury means its serious, because she is the queen of working through/hiding any physical pain. This is the same woman whose feet would constantly bleed on tour from dancing too hard, and we would never have known. 

 

Anyhow, I hope she takes all the time she needs and that she makes a full recovery. I can imagine how stressed she would be about this because dancing is so much of her brand as a performer. 

The orchestra needs their holes DEVOURED for that batwanis beek interpolation they did, with the elements of BL sprinkled in

When she’s walking back to the stage it looks like she rolls her left ankle, but she recovers almost immediately. Then we saw she was limping after the show. I think it’s possible that the limping as she got offstage was due to that misstep during the final number, not because she’s still recovering from surgery. Maybe. For all we know the surgery might have been minor and it might have been a long time ago.  I wouldn’t jump to conclusions. I’m hoping for the best case scenario.

yes sweetie like @bijonse said, I was expressing my frustration with another person who suggested that sharing her medical condition with the public might help her gain sympathy from fans and brought up Celine as an example. you're actually on my side here.

 

neither Beyoncé nor Celine owe it to anyone to talk about something as private as their health. if and when they choose to do so, treating it as a pr scheme is ridiculous.

Thanks to a lot of users who are able to have a level-headed convo and answered in a polite and reasonable manner. You are right with the way you contrasted Celines and Beys situation. I guess it makes sense why she didn't want anyone to film anything cause the hotel probably was aware she couldnt put on a typical "Bey"show. She underestimates how people still do what they want and that Clip might be circulating now despite all her effort. We shall see. Its obviously sad to see she hurt herself. Speed recovery Bey.

Also, to clarify: she obviously doesnt need to do anything or tell anyone about her injury. Sure.

But it also sometimes doesnt hurt to be transparent and communicate with your fans. Thats all I was trying to point out. To give some perspective.

Matter of fact for today is: I just started how there are examples in the industry how other mega celebs have handled injuries and that imho Bey is not doing herself a favor to always wanting to appear perfect. Thats not a tantrum, thats not whining. Its literally just an option. Most got it and answered easily, you didnt.

 

Matter of fact part 2: many users already start to notice how over-the-top and extreme your reactions towards me is. They are pointing this out already. Think about that for a second and reflect your own behavior.

now, I simply said bringing up the Celine comparison and suggesting Beyoncé use her injury for sympathy was a deeply weird and twisted comment. that was also literally just my opinion. am I not allowed to have an opinion on the matter?

 

for what it's worth, I don't disagree with you that she shouldn't feel forced to upheld a perfect public persona, if she does feel restrained by it in any way. but I'm also not going to sit here and complain that she's "too perfect" because that seems like a paradoxical expectation.

However, I have noticed certain patterns in the time I've been here where people lean into sexist, ageist, racist rhetorics about her body, performance skills, and hard-work. It's disturbing to me to tolerate speculations about her body image insecurities, relationship to her family, her children's health conditions... the list goes on. I'm not trying to imply you are responsible for all of that, don't take this the wrong way. But if I'm ever being harsh or critical about something, it's because I believe the comment wasn't made in good faith.

 

I thought this place was for Beyoncé fans, but every other day it feels like a social experiment filled with a mix of fans and haters. The constant cycle of complaining using talking points white girls on a boring podcast would say about Beyoncé stops being fun after a certain point. 

 

Regardless, my intention wasn't to antagonize any single person. Sorry you felt that way.

How recent was this supposed foot injury? Because it most certainly wasn’t last summer so that can’t by any means be an excuse for the outcome of this rollout.

Appreciate your comment. I think what most people who have a problem with me get wrong is that I never come for Beys music or so. I mostly am criticizing her behavior. Sure, she can do what she wants and its also true that her behavior got her to where she is now. Yet I see a problem with that in the longrun (just my opinion) and hope she lets loose more. Not everything has to be that serious, that mysterious, that secretive. Look at Dolly Parton, Cher, or Barbra Streisand or even Tina Turner. All legends who showed how to take it easy and still managed to maintain privacy and respect. 

I hope we can manage to get along in 2023 tho and find peace
