Honestly I don't think the visuals have ever been delayed. I think that the intention was for the visuals to end with Act II announcement. We know there have been actors attached to the project so I really don't think we're about to receive a bunch of music videos only. It'll be bigger then that. 

Rennie is like one of my fave Bey covers, probably only second to 4.

When she drops the visuals right before Halloween so that everyone is inspired to copy the looks for their Halloween outfits. She’s so tired of doing promo that this way she’ll get everyone else to do it for her. Smart queen.

pre-album release...i liked the alternate cover better than the original. but since listening to the actual music...i haven't seen any other photo from this era that best encapsulates the vibe, sound & feel of the album better than the photo that was chosen. It's bold, sexy, sleek, disco, futuristic, eye-catching....truly UNIQUE.

Renaissance remaining stable in the Top 10.

I hope her team does everything they can to give CUFF IT a push to #1. Considering they were on the ball with BMS they’re clearly not as dumb as it sometimes seems.
