I’m thinking part of her Tiffany’s deal was her posting the ads on her Instagram and keeping them up on top for a month, hence no posts all of September and now with October she’s free to do so. 

Great gowns, beautiful gowns. I didn't even notice any jewelry in the ad so I'm not influenced to check out Tiffany at all but...ok
