So when is the vinyl going to be  released? 

 

Her commercial power today is just as good as the IASF/DC era. Mind you, during those days she actively promote her music and her singles are not messy and her music was 24/7 on rotation. Too bad that today she didn't even maximize her sales like her peers did. Matthew> Shawn Carter.

Matthew > Shawn Carter?? She’s not Jay’s puppet and we don’t need her to be her dad’s money making machine. And if you personally do, maybe you don’t really like her.

Her husband is not her manager and he has nothing to do with her promoting or not promoting. Or how she approaches music nowadays. 

The way Bey operates is her choice and her choice alone. It's also not very feminist-like to give credit to all that she achieved either to her father or to her husband. When it's clear she is forging her own path. 

 

Jay always promotes his music and cares about charts.

I am also quite surprised how prevalent the idea that promo's slot are beneath artists is prevalent here. No one is above promoting their music, be it VMA's, Grammy's, BET, Tiny Desk or whatever. 

This I highly agree with, not even an artist of Bey's caliber. It's actually quite refreshing to see an artist promote this music during this current era of the music industry.

It sends me every time Jay catches a stray bullet in here every time Bey does something questionableher weird career moves is 100% her doing, there is no evil force, there is no puppet pulling some strings, that’s just Pure/Beyonce, and Jay can’t be used as a scapegoat for everything that goes wrong!

We went from wishing celebs happy birthday, to sending them handwritten copies of the album, this is growth!

I do too. This album has been out 2 months and I've listened to this album multiple times a day everyday. I like certain tracks more than others but overall they're all great.

I realized that I only get frustrated with the release when I'm on this site or Twitter. I don't even think about her or these videos when I'm just living my life.

I’m not really frustrated, I’m more intrigued to see her idea behind this rollout.

I don't even care anymore. The album is great and that's all I care about at this point.

Y'all, her sending vinyls out to celebs is promo, they post it all over their socials, they influence others to buy and listen. 

Move does what end of time already and my power were tryna do but so much better I still can’t believe Beyoncé made music like this

 if that's what she's doing, she'd be better off hiring some of the Hive for marketing. That approach might work for IvyPark but music is different.

That's lazy marketing tbh. She'd be better off with the Taylor approach and doing signed copies for fans. It would encourage people to buy her music before seeing Meg or any other celebrity post it. 

 

They'll post it, people will see it (some will double tap it) and keep strolling  

FYI, my vinyl order from Amazon says it's delivering Friday and preparing for shipment right now
