Dangerously In Love turns 20 next year. 

 

 

B’Day turns 20 in 4 years. 

 

 

IASF turns 15 in less than a year. 

 

not the tiny desk convo again  of all her eras, RENAISSANCE is the one that has the least potential for an acoustic stripped back performance. when she sings "Resentment" "If I Were A Boy" and "Pray You Catch Me"... then what? are we going to complain she didn't promote REN? 

 

I'd love a performance soon, though. I'm getting tired of watching the Oscars performance of "Be Alive" and dreaming about how good REN performances could be.

 

Manifesting something this Friday. 9/23 sounds great does it not.

If you don’t live in a big city i.e. like NYC, Chicago, Boston, LA tix might be a bit less expensive. Also, stadium tour tix decrease when you get closer to the show.

I have a feeling this next tour will be a 2 year run. Like summer 2023 and 2024 she will tour and change the setlist after she releases the other acts.

I hope she books yankee stadium not MetLife but I doubt that’ll happen  I could handle going alone to the Bronx, not freaking jersey.

Virgo's Groove is nothing without the groove even though she has ungodly vocals on it. It's like Dua Lipa's "Levitating," which was ok on Tiny Desk but not "I want to rewatch this" good. and it's a long bop so the production will surely be missed in those 6 minutes.

If Dua can do Levitating, why do you think Bey can’t do Break My Soul, Cuff It etc… And once again, Tiny Desk gives artists free range. She can have a full band. And the best part about Tiny Desk is seeing how artists meet the challenge of transforming their songs. You’re missing the entire point and half of Renaissance would absolutely slay a Tiny Desk

if the tickets are too expensive I won’t have anyone to go with unless I chip in for the other person’s ticket like the last three tours. Buuuuut if she comes to Yankee stadium i can go alone and buy a better ticket just for myself

I was just up there for Bad Bunny it was wild. But I feel u going alone can be scary. I’m over in Queens I think Citi Field and MetLife is better.

nah that's bullshit  call me crazy but I want to see Renaissance performed in a well-produced, choreographed, high-glamor way. Tiny Desk has never been that girl and Beyoncé is not spending her own money to give her performance to NPR lmao. I also literally said Dua Lipa couldn't do Levitating justice... reading comprehension pls! not "Break My Soul" (acoustic) lmao. I much prefer her Studio 2054 virtual show or Grammys performance. Would love to get something akin to Studio 2054 for Renaissance. I paid to watch Studio 2054 live, I would do it in a heartbeat for Bey.

 

she gave us her gayest most upbeat ballroom influenced record, I don't need her to "meet the challenge of transforming her songs" into Hot AC radio P!nk "Cover Me in Sunshine" instrumentals. 

I want to go to several shows, hopefully I can see her at a few dates in Europe.  Based on FWT, I'd like to see her in Barcelona, and maybe somewhere in Germany or Italy, I guess I'll have to look at the dates, and what would work together (and if I can even get tickets )

 

I'll see her in Chicago, too, here in the US

I'm very much of the opinion that sis at capacity in terms of what she's willing or wanting to give at this stage of her career (timewise and promo wise). I also feel she still understands the importance of her showing up as "BEYONCE" (with all the perfection and expectation that comes with) when the occasion calls for it. 

 

That's why those pre-recorded performances would have (and still could) be amazing. It's essentially gaming the system (e.g. highly edited and effectively being a hybrid of "live" performance and music video). But with enough savvy marketing, that fact would go over most people's heads. Just like the Oscars. All that "live from Compton" ish IMO was more about her being able to pre-record and perfect her performance (and look) rather than some sort of grand gesture to the area. Again, to the GP it was the type of extra they want/have come to expect from "Queen Bey" and tied in with the movie so it worked.

 

If she's hell bent on doing less while preserving the perfection her brand is known for, I'd gladly take that happy medium of pre-recorded performances. Remember all that talk of her and Jay scouting major world landmarks for those EIL videos that never happened (like the Colosseum)? That would be epic for such performances. "Beyonce...performing live from the Empire State Building"..."Beyonce takes over the Brooklyn Bridge"...."Queen Bey slays at Buckingham Palace". It works.

Literally this era was so easy for them. She could've filmed everything and STILL hit her yacht trip. Just do a generic interview and upload in on YouTube talking about the album. Throw a 1 minute medley of fans dancing to the album on TikTok. Throw GMA a 6 minute interview. All from her HOME. I still remember Aretha PROMOTING the hell out of that divas cover album in 2015. She was literally EXHAUSTED but still did interviews all day long. I just think Ms Mama is poisoned by that husband of hers and his business mind. The whole Commerce/Art debate. It's so ******* weird. Let the world enjoy your music and videos as that's your job bshshshshshs idk maybe I'm trippin but Cuff It is giving fall-winter-spring #1 overall radio hit and if she misses this one....I'd be embarrassed tbh.
