Yes, but he didn't work on this song. He produced most of the EP songs, but not this one

Executive producers don’t necessarily work on every track. You might be confusing executive producer with music producer. These two jobs are not synonymous. Executive producer helps find the funding, oversees the project, and ultimately gets a final say in what the product will consist of. Luke May have agreed to have to this song on the EP but that’s the only involvement he has to it.
