  1. Can't imagine Mariah or Whitney doing a Madonna song but I do think Celine could've done a great job with Take a Bow
  2. Lowkey SOTY for me so far??? I'm not familiar with the band but excited to listen to the full album on Friday
  3. The reactions in this thread…..I get that naming the business was a bit much for the situation but I don't feel she's completely in the wrong? She took the time to drive there, and was looking for specific items (not just walked in randomly) and received bad service. Not a nice way to interact with customers whether they are Kelly Clarkson not nawt.
  4. SOOOOOO underrated. I'm usually not nostalgic about my fave's old collaborators, but her and Rick Nowels did create magic together.
  5. It's a hit numbers wise, there's no denying that Taylor is a huge streaming/selling force with a highly dedicated fanbase However, I doubt it will be a culturally significant hit or even a song the general public remembers when they think about her career
  6. Mariah could add crazy good harmonies to Heavy Metal Lover I fear……
  7. Is this gonna be on streaming today?
  8. Happy birthday queen!! So excited for her to announce her comeback later
  9. TOW is the best! I don't mind any of them but Blue Velvet is the one I care for the least. I never understood the DLMBM hate.
  10. I love this soooooo much! As good as Lucky Again for me
  11. Song of the year so far for me
  12. Omg I was just thinking about this song earlier!!!! this was a mega bop and the album was fantastic too. I hope we get another one from her someday.
  13. I love this song so much. The production on the second verse is especially beautiful
  14. Interesting! Thanks! I was surprised Celine and Shania were missing from the list but I guess it makes sense since their peak was in the 90s
  15. Surprised none of these are from Canadian artists. When did the chart start?
  16. Mariah's tone is something Jennifer could never emulate or pay someone to sing for her
  17. Love love love the new song! Excited to see what the album is going to sound like.
  18. Hasn't he been spotted at Berghain a few times this year? Maybe his techno inspired album is upon us…
  19. It's very mall-core! I quite like it but understand why people wouldn't
  20. Christina was overall very successful. I do think she struggled a bit at times with finding the right material (especially post B2B) but when all is said and done she will be remembered as a 2000s icon, and one of the best vocalists of her generation. A lot of girls wish they had her success It's clear her heart hasn't fully been in it since Bionic/Burlesque. I think there would've been appetite for her to come back if she had the right material and promo, but the long breaks and not-so-great solo material haven't helped! The biggest misstep was not being able to position herself as a bigger touring act I guess, but I don't know if she even wants that herself!
  21. Looooove Like A Virgin from Confessions Tour
  22. Mariah wins for me. Ariana has some amazing deep cuts as well (Especially the ones from Yours Truly, Sweetener, Positions and Eternal Sunshine) but Mariah really is the blueprint. imo they have two the strongest discographies for pop girls though.
  23. i love this so much…. I actually can't stop replaying it …
