Neither felt as big as their respective certification. The equivalence between sales and streaming needs to be fixed.

Both masterpieces deserve everything and this is not surprising since the songs are 8 years old and in the middle of the christmas domination yet starboy is at #119 on global spotify...

what confused me is that I don't recall starboy being released in the middle of the summer but at the beginning of the fall, so I checked and I was right, it was released on september 21st.

You're correct, it wasn't! What I think happened was that it was registered to ASCAP in July, as that's when Abel and Daft Punk had their studio session. They likely finished it very, very quickly, and then sat on it until it was formally released in September.

I Feel It Coming deserves Starboy's cert. A true modern classic

Starboy has incredible recurrent streams, just because a song doesn't smash upon release doesn't mean it's less deserving of certs. the numbers are there
