I am really kind of frustrated by people saying it's the same thing she's been doing when I think this, Begged, and Drop Dead are all showing off how differently she's writing about her feelings. You

can't wait for The Cure (Gaga) vs the cure (Olivia) threads

this is on portuguese but if you translate it, it confirms that it's the "dancier, experimental" song that finishes with an orchestra section that the vogue interviewer described. what olivia just said is pretty much the exact same description they gave of the song.

ahhh def. interesting if it's really that one from the Vogue interview. The video trailer doesn't seem like it's gearing up for a ballad so makes sense. Excited about this one!

she described track 8 on a 13-track album as the climax of the album? rip did something get lost in translation?

edit: nevermind, she actually did say that, lol

nope, i watched the video of the radio interview where she mentioned that and she did say that it's kinda like the climax of the album so the translation is right. but then again, that could mean so many things. i think it might just be the point where she realized the relationship wasn't gonna work.

Yeah. Like it's a turning point on the album.

I gave in and bought the vinyl. I'll have to pull out that record player I bought from Urban Outfitters like a decade ago from my basement.

idk if you're familiar with plot/story structure, but this is typical placement for a climax (this is classic structure for plays/etc):

You can probably find it on social media since the song is being played right this moment on radio

This is everything I've ever wanted from her!!!! Can't wait for the video! Immediately my favorite Olivia song.

Told yall the Vogue lady just sucked at describing music - "dancey and orchestral" lol

The way Balladlivia fans and Rocklivia fans are both gonna love this song jonny

Everyone gets something here!
