I was rewatching this iconic performance:

and reminiscing about my Mayhem Ball experience and wondered: does Gaga have the best crowd work?

I genuinely think she is one of the most well rounded performers to ever do it, and one of her best qualities is her excellent crowd work. She gives solid speeches and is wonderful stripped back, but she also is ELECTRIC in the performances themselves. This is the best aspect of her crowd work IMO. I love the screaming and the demands to dance/throw my hands up. It makes her feel real and present and it's so interactive.

Who could go toe-to-toe with her here? Does the Take You Out songstress have the best crowd work in the business?

She's not only incredible, she can do it in any context and to any audience across countries, generations, cultures, languages, etc. She always feels completely engaged and locked in to her audience and can command literally anybody's attention.

I think Adele has the best crowd work i've seen, the stories and talking makes everyone feel like their in her living room.

I truly think the difference between her and other people saying "let's go, hands up!" is that Gaga seems as legitimately excited about it as the fans lol. She is SCREAMING!
