The whole mood around KATSEYE has changed so much in the past like 3 weeks. i find it weird if they're releasing interviews with manon from a while ago why are they not releasing pinky up with her since it's not like she's been kicked out she's supposedly just on hiatus…

when loona's haseul went on hiatus she still had lines in the few songs off the [#] album they most likely recorded earlier so why would they not include manon in pinky up

just makes me even more skeptical of whether this is really a hiatus or just her being kicked out seeing as kicking out a member is a tactic hybe really seems to like using to drum up hype

i doubt they filmed the mv without manon if the song and choreo was done with her… so who's gonna pull a catch me if you can jessica version and leak it????

It's not rare for a group/singer to reheat their previous "hit" as in a way to keep the audience, specially in this case that is, as far as we know, a droplet single for Coachella.

As for the choreo, I don't see similarities besides some moves that makes sense with the lyrics. The choreo is much more frenetic compared to Gnarly, specially the last bit.

They were already big but the Manon drama definitely sparked additional interest and many people were checking if she was in the video
