I've read about the alterations on the crotch of the suits, but this is something new. I can see the advantage, if it measures bigger, it would allow more fabric use in the crotch. The suits are required to be a tight fit. Since it temporary and the fit is checked before the competition starts, the size would return to normal making the suit a little baggy in the crotch. You would get the same effect as the altered suits the two Norwegians were using. My understanding is those suits were giving significantly longer jumps than what those two had previously achieved.

The Olympics don't officially begin until Friday, but a report that ski jumpers may be using ***** injections to get an edge is already arousing controversy.

The German-language publication Bild reported last month that jumpers were injecting hyaluronic acid into their sex organs before being measured for their skin-tight suits. On Thursday, a reporter asked World Anti-Doping Agency President Witold Banka whether the rumors about ***** injections were legit.

"Ski jumping is very popular in Poland [Banka's home country], so I promise you I'm going to look at it," he said, according to the Guardian.

Wada director general Olivier Niggli told reporters he was "not aware of the details of ski jumping and how that could improve performance," but added, "If anything was to come to the surface, we would look at it and see if it is doping-related. We don't address other [nondoping] means of enhancing performance."

The BBC noted that hyaluronic acid can be used to increase ***** circumference by up to 2 centimeters and is not currently banned in sports.

The extra girth is intended to improve performance on the jumps, not in the bedroom.
