The way I forgot about this already gaycat7she really fumbled with this.

I just checked the streams and what do you mean almost half of the songs have yet to reach 300k streams in total!? Like, obviously numbers aren't always the greatest metric but this is so sad to see.

Loreen, the first artist to release a lead single 3 years before the album release, change labels, release 6 other singles in between and change labels again to release the album

I love this album and I love Loreen, but she deserved to commercially bomb this era. To waste a HISTORIC eurovision win and wait 3 years to finally prepare an album pandering to masses when 95% lost i

I feel like the fans/supporters didn't really like the album plus there wasn't a whole lot of promotion for it. Tbh I think even Loreen forgot that this albums exists. I don't know about all you (the people that read in this thread) but I think this album didn't really hold a candle to Heal or Ride even though I really want to love it. Many of the tracks that leaked last year are more exciting to me than the actual album tracks

It felt as those it was an album made for the general public rather than fans. I do think it's a good album but no where near Heal or Ride.

I really hope they take a different approach with the next album and I also want her to stick with Scandi writers and producers.

I have a feeling, that the next album is very far away. I think it's many, many years in the future.

Who knows to be honest. I think they want another album but it's Loreen, she said in 2018 that she had her third album and look what happened. I wouldn't believe or expect anything until we have an actual announcement.

The best way to describe this album is it is not a loreen album it is an album that loreen put out.

What I need is better promotion because what the **** happened after the Tattoo/Is It Love era? I know that she changed labels 2 times after Eurovision but her management team is the same. Where are the tv appearances and interviews, radio interviews etc?

I do have to say I'm shocked at the lack of promo. She was everywhere in 2023. We haven't even had a magazine shoot or anything.

My only guess is that UMG didn't have that much stake in Wildfire due to most of it being recorded before she signed. Maybe the next project will be different idk.

y'all still camping this thread and giving that woman the light of day rip

y'all are getting played in your faces like that

I've been a fan of her since Euphoria, but it's crazy that she hasn't managed to achieve success outside (even in Sweden) despite the exposure that came with two historic Eurovision victories.

I think it's because she's not particularly relatable or likable (honestly, she can come across as quite annoying at times), and her album was handled very poorly. There was far too much time between her victory and the album's release. I really didn't understand the decisions that were made.

I feel like if Wildfire had been announced shortly after her Eurovision win along with the release of Is It Love, it could've smashed on European charts. What a wasted opportunity. And sadly it seems like her upcoming tour isn't selling well either. I have my tickets already and I'm looking forward to seeing her a third time but I feel like everybody who wanted to see her already has in the past few years. This is her third tour after Eurovision plus loads of festival shows

How did you see that tickets aren't selling? No hate, I'm just curious.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a single sold out concert so far and she mostly plays in really small venues, around 1500 each. Her London show is in a theatre so the balcony has an actual seating chart and some blocks have barely sold a single ticket.

You'd think a two-time Eurovision winner could at least sell out big theaters to smaller arenas. I'm a huge fan so I wish she released more often and could pull off these grand arena spectacles!

That one arena date in 2023 in Lithuania looked incredible, I really wish we got a pro-shot chick3

I was in that concert! I was shocked that it was only one arena in the whole tour and even more surprised that it was almost full! Almost 10k people attented. Then it was really clear, that nothing was happening and she was not holding the audience well, because her 2025 tour had around 3k people attenting and in the upcoming tour Lithuania is not even a stop... How do you fumble from 10k audience to not even stopping at our country anymore?

I wonder what's happening with the postponment of the tour. Even if it's due to low tickect sales - how are they going to improve it in a few months?

But I think something else is happening, because if it was only low tickets sales - she would not be dropping out out of festivals. Please do not tell me it is something with a label AGAIN.

If it was any other artist, I could guess she is in a studio preparing another album (sweetener/TUN type of situation) to release before the tour with the better promotional campaign, but since it's Loreen she is probably just gonna take longer to prepare for the tour/change everything multiple times

Knowing Loreen the custom fingernails she had made for the tour probably weren't ready so she figured she'd just scrap the entire thing.

The should've made the original a single in July, but instead we get this. rip

I don't think she dropped out of the festivals and postponed the tour in order to write more music. Knowing Loreen, she would be able to record new music while doing concerts, just like the 2023 tour.

I think that there are various contributing factors to this decision, such as low tickets sales and label issues. I don't want to think about health issues, that would be so sad.

There are no label issues. It was likely just low sales.

well if they wanted better sales they should've worked their asses off when she had momentum...like 3.5 years ago??
