The CSPC formula is no longer accurate and hasn't been for 10+ years, girls. It's just a tool to measure what an era would have grossed if it was released in 2012.

If you want to talk money grossed, you need to factor in inflation and reweigh album sales, streams and single sales based on the year of release. Luckily for Gaga, she wouldn't change too drastically since her number isn't overly-dependent on the hyper inflation CM does for streams.

It's kinda interesting how she managed to somehow pull through in the streaming era after lowkey having one of the most abysmal streaming stats of the 2008-2014 crop of pop girls
