I would be fine with this scenario as long as it's an original jazz album with a modern twist/direction (something definitely overdue in her career) and a good movie project with the right role for her and people to work with.

in regards to music/her career, y'all, being on the board of directors is probably the most passive role one can play in these kinds of companies. they literally only show up for quarterly review and call it a day yes they have other functions, but they are not focused on operational stuff at all. she'll be fine in terms of music/touring/film/family.
