HEATED. I like Partition live but the vibe is different ngl, it works for building momentum but not as a climax sing per se.

Hopefully. The highest it peaked during virality was during the Tyrant mashup, doing 500k+. It stayed stable, though, after the mashup virality died down, while Tyrant quickly faded.

Just realized that you could argue both Renaissance and CC start with the two most experimental sounding songs on their albums sonically. I'm That Girl and American Requiem are just so obscure sounding from a popstar. Wonder if she'll open the third album with that kind of experimentation again.

So 40-year-old local singers are expected to be singing live every night but not Beyoncé (Beyoncé, the queen, the legend, etc.)? That makes no sense since she tours every two years and has plenty of time to rest. No, those three songs are factually not among the hardest in Beyoncé's repertoire, not Daughter, which by the way was 5% live. Bodyguard was lipped, so was Flamenco, Protector, Just For Fun, Tyrant, Levi's Jeans, and so on.

So either this country album was made with no soul whatsoever or she simply changed. I would like to know the answer.

Tbh I want less of the bluesy side of rock and its roots. I feel like that's too much overlap with CC. I want more modern sounds. Classic rock. Heavy metal. Whatever.

The Tyrant intro has been the general consensus as to why this didnt happen, it is not as digestible as Cuff It. Plus, the way how that beat drops is very polarizing, I hear some people say they wish the intro was the whole song or that they were separated.

Additionally, the lyrics isn't as covert as the clean version of Cuff It.

To me, Bodyguard was always the Cuff It of the album. Sad there was no viral dance to it to push it through since Bey's team are incompetent at pushing singles these days.
