When Spotify updates on a Monday, it reflects the streams of Sunday. Usually, Bey drops HARD during this update (around 15-20 positions on the global artist charts back to position #98 or even outside the Top100 as of late). She usually bounces back during the week to a #76 or so.

Today, she only lost 3 spots and still sits at #65, which is her best Sunday Update in a year I believe.

It would be much easier to simply mix and master the already recorded RWT/CCT live audios tho....instead of spending precious time re-recording an entire album....unless you and I are not speaking of the same thing.

I feel like once Bey/Jay reached billionaire status during OTR II as a couple, that's when her "untouchable goddess" persona became a thing.

Because when ST was out, she was still actively trying to be a popstar. Appearing at Walmart and giving people gift certificates, for example.

Giving interviews/answering questions during ST's album launch party and even allowing fans to participate.

SHE WAS FUN.

The whole image shift was so drastic and abrupt that it makes me think it was probably pushed onto her by Jay -- because he wanted that 'premium' image (considering all the businesses he got into during this period).

Yea when was the last time she did over 15M daily streams on Spotify? That's a very solid effect for just surprise releasing an old, leaked track. She was barely doing 9M last I checked

I was watching the behind the music episode recently where she filmed the video and she keeps calling it a simple song clearly over it
