My mom passed away last week. I know I mentioned her wanting to hear a Beyonce rock album as she has anticipated it for years, and I'm so sad she didn't get to hear it before she passed (if that's wha

Meh, i dont really care.

What i DO care about is her appearance at the L.A. Olympics. I also would prefer her doing Copacobana. Brazilians love her and I truly believe the moment shed anounce it, people would go crazy. That has a much longer and lingering effect than a World Cup Song most people couldnt care less about. The only song that truly made a difference was Shakiras Waka Waka.

That however was excellence I dont see a Gaga and Weeknd collab serving (imho)

Copacabana this year is off the table, taking place supposedly 2 days before the Met Gala. I'm sure she has something big in mind for her act III announcement, and I have a feeling it's gonna be the trilogy visuals. Copacabana next year (or 2028 after a global tour) would be more than fitting as some sort of closing chapter of her 2020s decade à la Homecoming.

Yea, ideally i was thinking:

Copacobana 2027 to launch the Trilogy Tour (akin to what Gaga did)

Tour 2027 leading into 2028 (a REAL WORLD Tour with select residencies all over the world)

Finale: L.A. Olympics (Summer of 2028)

I kind of hope she does arenas again at some point... stadium sound systems suck

I hope she used some mouthwash in between songs. Halitosis rumors probably started from whoever handled her mic after this event.

I do wonder how she's going to announce Act III though. If the May 29th theory is real, and going off of her cadence with Act 1 and II, I'd imagine we wouldn't hear anything concrete until April-ish? Which leads me to believe she'd probably skip out on the Grammys this year. But what would she leverage for a new start of an era?

Surely, the MET would be too late to announce, is there anything of significance occurring in April? Or I wonder if she'd just do a stand-alone announcement via social media + a Vogue cover of some sort?

I'm so happy for the man on my avi's return to solo work. This is already my favourite music year of the decade with both my faves releasing anticipated albums likely concurrently.

With that being said, I wonder what narrative (for lack of a better word) will surround ACT III's energy…

ACT I had the 'end of pandemic' fuel to be outside and enjoy life again, Beyoncé making sort of mainstream "pop" music for the first time in a long time, the narrative of a six year solo "break" (album wise) and the personal story of beloved Uncle Johnny's memory and influence in the album and era. And of course Queer (particularly Black Queer) influence in the genres of House and Disco…

ACT II, even more anticipated than it's predecessor, touched on a very personal matter to Beyoncé that we all witnessed (fans and the general public alike), the obvious racial bias towards Black people in the country genre and Beyoncé dismantling such stereotypes; acting not only as a voice for Black people in country music but amplifying the voices, music and rightful place for Black women in the country genre. This is my personal favourite Beyoncé album and carries my favourite, most insightful and educational era in Beyoncé's music and album era history.

What will ACT III's discourse entail if it truly is a Rock & Roll album? I need it to be her Return of the King. It's very anticipated, yes, but I also want to know why it should be…

This channel uploaded individual dolby atmos tracks, hearing the background vocals so loud/crisp is so jonny

yeah stadiums are great for elaborate production but they're built for sports, not concerts. even with great sound systems, the results aren't optimal because of the acoustics.

imagine Bey doing a Vegas residency like Adele. she could play Fri-Sat shows for a solid year. it's indoors and easily accessible from her LA home base. and the show would be so intimate and sound so good.

but unfortunately I don't see her opting for that when she can reliably bring in $10m per night playing stadiums and getting more media coverage.

yeah I don't see it happening unless it's a residency like revel, but I can dream monkey

I was there that night, the first time I saw her perform live. I was at the front of the audience and she came towards me during Halo. We held hands for a second, her skin is the softest alexz3

And Blue was there, growing inside her heart

I don't have any prediction for when and how she is going to start act 3.

Act 1 was lucious, sleek, modern, transcending.

Act 2 was mostly wholesome, endearing with the typical Beyonce-edge in the second half.

Act 3, so my prediction, will be high-energy, ferocious and borderline aggressive in its nature. I wouldnt be surprised if it ends up being her best album to date

I still believe that CC is the past, act iii present and REN future, so whatever act iii is it will be the bridge between the two

And I believe it could be all about finding her own place in the history of music as well as paying homage to her heroes and her legacy. It fits with the rumored title STARGIRL (either the album or a song) as the great names in music are stars and they're kinda her ancestors (as in TLK/BIK), so she could be inserting herself as a star in the sky full of music industry legends. I would love if the album is titled LONE STAR tho
